Master Raul Reis is the chief instructor of the Winnipeg region of Premier Taekwondo as well as the chief instructor of the Elmwood/Transcona branch. Master Reis has over 30 years of Taekwondo experience. He competed at several national and international competitions. His competitive career culminated at the World Championships at Seoul South Korea in 1985. Since then he has dedicated himself to teaching the craft of taekwondo.
