Welcome to the Elmwood - Transcona Branch of Premier Taekwondo
The Transcona - Elmwood Premier branch was established in October 2004 by Master R. Reis. Classes are instructed by Master Reis and assisted by Mrs. Susan Noga and Mrs. R. Reis. Daytime class taught by Mrs. Susan Noga. Taekwondo classes are designed for people of all ages and abilities, both males and females.
The children’s class (ages 6 to 12) is not only fun, but exciting to watch as they learn and grow in this sport. Although Taekwondo is considered an Olympic sport we also teach the Traditional Art of Taekwondo which incorporates discipline and respect. Taekwondo trains the body and the mind. The objective is to foster growth in both areas in order to become a more mature human being.

Regular Class Schedules
Morning Classes:
Tuesday and Friday
10:00 am to 11:00 am - Mixed class (all ages)
Evening Classes - Monday, Wednesday and Friday:
7:00 pm to 8:00 pm - Adults class (13+ up)
6:00 pm to 7:00 pm - Kids class (6 to 12)
Saturday - 10:00 am to 11:00 am - Mixed class (all ages)
That is a total of 4 classes being offered weekly that all members may attend.
Fees:
The regular monthly fee is $70.00.
The fee for those who pay for three months in advance is $180.00.
Additional training for members from other branches of Premier Taekwondo:
Premier Taekwondo Elmwood - Transcona welcomes members from other Premier Taekwondo Branches who would like to do additional training at our branch.
